Wildlife and Outdoor Photography
Have you ever visited Grand Teton National Park? If not, you need to open a new tab and plan your trip right now. The Tetons are located near Jackson, Wyoming and they are stunning. When I went a few weeks ago we were really hoping for clear skies and a beautiful sunrise but what we got was lots of clouds. And actually, I’m not even mad about it because the clouds made for a unique look that I am currently in love with.
Process
The following images were taken on a Nikon D3300 with various lenses including a Tamron 150-600mm lens, an 18-200mm zoom lens, and a wide angle lens. I also used a simple 18-55mm kit lens for a few. Edits were done in Photoshop and include curves, camera raw, cropping, clone stamp, content-aware fill, and color changes.
My Advice
Do you see what I mean? Amazing. There is so much to photography in the Tetons – from wildlife to landscapes to details. So get out there and try some new things! You can find some great photo tips on Photo Workshop Adventures.

I’m totally in love with your last shot. I think it is beyond beautiful. When I saw it in visual society this last week, it took my breathe away. I feel like I’m looking at an Ansel Adams shot. This would definitely be something I would love to have in my home and I REALLY think you should use this as your fine art. Great job!
